I ordered this hoodie for a birthday present for my son well in advance of his birthday. The correct product I ordered was dispatched and arrived on time. Unfortunately I ordered a size too big and only discovered this a few weeks later. I contacted Steve who could not have been more helpful, he sent out the correct size I needed along with a prepaid package to return the incorrect one, absolutely excellent customer service and communication, we will definitely be buying from here again.
